花火用空き缶アルコールランプ。
夏といえば花火。
浴衣姿に線香花火・・・ソソラレマス。
・・・ボクの趣味趣向は措いといて（笑）
家の前で、海で、川で・・・花火を楽しむとき。
手持ち花火の点火用に
こんな道具はいかがでしょうか？
・
・・・では、S.R.S流 花火点火用 空き缶アルコールランプ。
作り方
使用材料
・ボトルタイプのアルミ缶を２つ用意。
ボトル口の広いものと普通のもの各１つずつ
・綿の紐、少々。
まずはボトル口の広い缶から、
この手のアルミ缶、フィルムを剥がすとシルバー地になるのがイイ感じ。ですね。
二つに切り分けます。
アルミ缶のカットの仕方はこちらをご参照ください。
ブログ記事 「空き缶を切り込んだり、はめ込んだり、サルバドール・ダリ。」
缶のカット高はお好みで・・・
参考までに、今回作ったものは
上部分７０㎜・下部分６５㎜ でカットしています。
カットした上部分を別な缶（ここではファンタ缶）にはめ込みます。
はめ込んだ缶の口の部分より、
内側の缶の口の部分が１０㎜ほど低くなるように・・・
次に、はめ込んだ缶のカット部分にあわせて
ハサミで内側の缶をカットします。
このようになりました。
中のキャップに千枚通しで穴をあけます。
この穴に紐を通すので、紐の太さより少し小さめの穴にします。
紐の片方に結び目を作って、このように通します。
出来たものの、カットしたほうの面にラジオペンチなどで折り曲げて
フリルをつけて、缶をはめ込みやすくしておきます。
カットしてある下部分にはめ込みます。
慎重におこないます。
このように肩のところまで入れ込めば
はい、完成です。
中のキャップを外してアルコールを注ぎ込みます。
紐にアルコールが十分浸み込んだら使用できます。
ロウソクや蚊取り線香などより花火への点火が容易で
チャッカマンやバーナーで点けるより情緒があります。
上のキャップをしておけば
アルコールの蒸発も最小限で防げます。（ほとんどナシ）
「ご注意」
花火へ点火したらできるだけ早く花火をランプから遠ざけましょう。
アルミが焼け付き、穴が開いたりすることが考えられます。
※・・・ということで製作・使用は自己責任でお願いいたします。
（まあ、去年ウチで使用して大丈夫ではありましたが、念のため。）
それから・・・
別な缶でこういうものを作っておくと・・・
風防（風よけ）になります。ってただのせているだけですが・・・
収納状態。
このほうが固定されているので、この状態での風防でもいいかも。

ぱっと見た時は、サイフォンのランプかなと思いました。
あと、チロチロ熱する程度に抑えたいチーズフォンデュとかの時に使いたい感じ。
ペロンと塗装が取れるのがいいですね。自家製アルストはキ◯ンだのコ◯ラだのの商標が丸見えだから、オサレな食卓にはちょと辛いから。

アルミ缶のアルコールランプなんて、とっても便利そうで素晴らしいですね。（＾＾
ろうそくや専用の線香などだとナカナカ火がつかなかったり、倒れたり風が強いと吹き消えたりと大変ですがこれならもう安心ですね。
僕も今年の夏のために一度作ってみたくなりました。（＾－＾

はじめまして、私は野外で火を使ったパフォーマンスをしています。
会場作りで使うために、自作アルコールランプを検索していて来ました。
2つの缶を組み合わせた作りが、他に無いアイデアで素敵です。
早速今日1つ作ってみたのですが、なかなか納得のいくできにならず‥。
何点かわからないことがあるので、教えて頂けると嬉しいです。
・キャップの開け閉めについて
芯が付いている中のキャップの開け閉めが大変なのですが、何かコツはありますか？
・フリルとはめ込みについて
フリルのつけ方なのか、傾けたときにはめ込み部分から燃料が漏れてしまいます。燃料を入れたまま持ち歩きたいのですが、フリルのつけ方などで改善できるでしょうか？
・芯について
芯は紐の方が良いですか？買ってきたのが綿のロープなのですが、結び目を作ってしまうと燃料を吸い上げてくれません。結びが固すぎたのでしょうか。
質問がたくさんになってしまってすいません。

たしかに、中キャップの開け閉めは大変ですよね。
コツとしては、キャップの上を指で押し込みながらまわして開け閉めすることでしょうか。
ボクの場合、一度燃料をいれたら中キャップの開閉はあまりおこなわないので
その辺の工夫は吟味していませんでした。改良が必要かもしれませんね。

缶と缶のはめ込みは、なかなか難しいですよね。
ボクも何度も失敗しております。
フリルは、缶をはめ込むためのきっかけ程度につけて、缶が押し込まれるときの、押し広がりで
密着性を保ちます。
均一に押し込まれないと、缶が裂けたりしてしまいます。
缶がハマリづらいときは、予め外側にくる缶のはめこみ部分を、別な缶の底などで少し押し広げておくと
いいです。
上手に密着できてはめ込めば燃料漏れはありません。でもあまり傾けないほうがいいかもしれません。
それと、缶が暖められると燃料が加圧されるので漏れやすくなります。
注意が必要です。

これは、どうなのでしょうね？綿ロープで大丈夫な気がいたしますが・・・
結び目が固すぎるのは確かにＮＧかもしれませんね。
ロープにあらかじめ燃料を浸して燃焼させてみてはいかがでしょうか。
あとは毛細現象でうまくいくかもしれません。

このランプは、ボクは夏の花火のときにしか利用していないので、使用実験が少なく
いろいろと課題もあるかもしれません。
気づいたことがありましたら、ぜひお教えいただきたくおもいます。
でも震災時の停電時は明かりとして利用しました。
室内での使用は、灯油の匂いが気になりました。が、なかなか重宝したものです。
そこで気になったのが、長時間使用すると燃焼の熱で缶が加熱することです。
中の燃料が加圧されて、たまに炎が大きくなったりしました。
解決策としては外側を水に浸して使用するなどするといいのかな？
事故は起こしていませんが、ちょっと気になります。
製作・使用時はお気をつけくださいね。（ずるいようですが、自己責任にてお願いいたします。）

キャップの開け閉めですが、教えて頂いた方法か、ラジオペンチなどを使う方法が良いかなと思いました。
今日も3個ほど新たに作ってみたのですが、
最初の1つよりは良い仕上がりになりました。
フリルをガイド程度に抑えたらうまくいったので、教えてもらった通りでした。
芯ですが、手芸用の綿紐も試してみましたが、こちらの方が調子が良さそうでした。
ランプ用アルコールは高価なので、パフォーマンスに使っているのと同じエコ灯油という匂いの少ないものを使うことにしました。
一時間ほどつけっ放しで試してみましたが、本体が熱くなるのであまりにも長時間は止めておこうと思います。
基本的に屋外で使用しますが、危険性については十分と考えて注意したいと思います。
